"We", "us", and "our" refer to Matthew Lee, a sole trader trading as SA Solar, Gutter & Roof Clean and operating the Solar Shop AU online store (ABN 96 235 366 292). We are registered for GST (ABN 96 235 366 292) — verify on the Australian Business Register. All sales and warranties are conducted by Matthew Lee trading as SA Solar, Gutter & Roof Clean. "You" refers to the customer. "Products" refers to the solar-powered security cameras and accessories we sell.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy our products.

We make every effort to display product descriptions and prices accurately. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change pricing without notice; orders already confirmed are not affected.

An order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to stock, suspected fraud, or pricing error) and will refund any payment in full. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

We offer free shipping Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (on business days; orders placed on weekends or public holidays dispatch the next business day). Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding return shipping), provided they are in original condition. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods may be returned for a replacement or full refund at our cost. See our Shipping, Returns & Warranty page for full details.

Our cameras come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the conditions on our Shipping, Returns & Warranty page.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product or service is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including any statutory guarantees.

All site content — logos, text, images, and design — is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
