Shipping, Returns & Warranty

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders. There are no shipping surcharges — the price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

• Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. "Ships in 24h" refers to this dispatch timeframe, not delivery. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays dispatch the next business day.
• Delivery: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Tracking: a tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched.
• Coverage: we ship to all Australian states and territories. We do not currently ship outside Australia.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Our returns policy:

• Change of mind: return unused, unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (return shipping is the customer's responsibility).
• Faulty or incorrect goods: if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not of acceptable quality or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Your rights concerning faulty products are not limited to 30 days and may continue beyond any manufacturer's warranty under the Australian Consumer Law. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our cost.
• How to return: email saroofclean@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions.
• Refund timing: refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned goods.

Our returns policy operates alongside any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Our solar security cameras come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

• What's covered: manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
• What's not covered: damage caused by flooding, submersion, lightning, fire, extreme weather conditions outside the product's published operating specifications, or installation contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, as well as misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. Normal rain exposure within the advertised IP65 rating is not excluded.
• How to claim: email saroofclean@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos. The remedy available will depend on whether the failure is major or minor and will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may repair the product within a reasonable time.

This warranty is provided by Matthew Lee trading as SA Solar, Gutter & Roof Clean and is in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
